    We ordered this smoker for our restaurant and it is the best!! Our patrons have loved smoked bourbons and smoked old fashions. When our smoker arrived, it got damaged during shipping, and the Bourbon & Bluffs customer service team responded quickly and made a whole new base for our smoker to replace the damaged one.
