This cocktail smoker requires you to light the smoking powder/chips which you must load into top of The Smoke Stack. (a sample flavor is included)
Contents:
- 1 – “Smoke Stack” - cocktail smoker.
- 1 - 2oz. 'Barrel Aged' smoking powder sample.
- 1 - Smoke Stack screen.
NOTE:
- A torch is required to light the included smoking powder but IS NOT INCLUDED.
- You cannot use a regular lighter to light the smoking powder since they are not powerful enough to create the required burst of smoke.
How to use The Smoke Stack?
- Make your cocktail in the rocks glass.
- Place the “Smoke Stack” on top of your glass and add the desired amount of the Barrel Aged smoking powder.
- Begin lighting the smoking powder with your torch. (*Torch not provided)
- Place the torch close to the bowl of the “Smoke Stack” and force the smoke down into the glass.
- Let sit for 20-30 seconds (depending on desired amount of smoke)
- Remove the “Smoke Stack” and enjoy!
